The process is energizing, and fun, and you get to be the boss of your experience. Here are what the steps look like after deciding you are ready for a lease:
Step #1: I will work with you to determine your preferred location, budget, and any specific amenities that are important. We will go over ‘this’ or ‘that’ questions i.e. balcony or no balcony? Tub or no tub? Maybe you have an important furniture piece we need to make sure fits seamlessly into your new home. Together we drill down into which amenities are points of importance or indifference.
Step #2: I create a custom spreadsheet of the future homes that fit your requirements. Together we drill down on your top picks.
Step #3: I schedule tours on a day that works best for your schedule. On the day of your tours I will pick you up and we will go to the tours together with me as your support and notetaker the entire process. After touring is complete I like to take my clients out for a late lunch to celebrate the day! Whether or not we selected a future home for you, there is still cause to have fun while reflecting on our day of apartment touring.
